2. What this website is for

volcanomkt.in presents the services of Volcano MKT, a marketing and development agency in La Palma (Canary Islands): brand and identity, SEO, digital advertising, shopping experience, applied artificial intelligence, automation, web design and development and e-commerce.

From here you can write to us, request a quote or buy our PrestaShop modules. The terms for buying modules are in section 7. Our other services are not contracted online: each engagement is agreed separately and in writing.

3. Terms of use

Browsing this website means accepting this legal notice. We ask you to use it in good faith and in accordance with the law; specifically, not to use it to:

• Pursue unlawful purposes, or purposes that harm Volcano MKT or third parties.
• Try to access restricted areas, the systems that host it or other people's data.
• Introduce malicious software or send automated messages through its forms.
• Impersonate someone else when writing to us, requesting a quote or buying.

If we detect use contrary to these terms, we may block access or discard the messages that arrive that way.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The Volcano MKT name, the “volcanomkt.” logo, the “v” icon, the brand guide and the texts, designs and code of this website belong to their owner or are used with the permission of whoever holds them. You may not copy, modify or use them for commercial purposes without our written authorisation.

Third-party brands mentioned on the website, such as PrestaShop, Stripe, Klarna, Google, Apple, Meta or WhatsApp, belong to their owners. We mention them only to describe what we work with, and this does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or certification.

You may link to any page of this website, as long as the link does not suggest a relationship that does not exist.

5. Liability and links

We take care that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or become outdated. If you spot one, write to us and we will correct it. The contents are informative and do not replace a proposal designed for your case.

We are not liable for damage caused by service interruptions for reasons beyond our control, or by use of the website contrary to these terms.

Links to third-party websites are offered as a reference. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it, and if we learn that one leads to unlawful content, we will remove it.

7. Buying modules

On volcanomkt.in we sell PrestaShop modules we have built ourselves. By buying one you accept these terms:

• Who sells to you: Volcano MKT, with the details in section 1. Stripe only takes the payment.
• How to buy: you press “Buy” on the module page and go to Stripe's payment page. There you enter your email, your billing details (and your tax ID if you buy as a business), your shop's URL and its PrestaShop version, and choose how to pay. Before paying you see the final price and can correct any detail; if you leave without paying, nothing is bought.
• Price and payment: the one shown on the module page and on Stripe's page. It is a one-off payment, with no subscription.
• What you receive: when you pay, Stripe sends you the receipt and the invoice as a PDF, and we send you an email with the download link for the module and the manual. The link works for 12 months from the purchase.
• Installation: free. You give us an employee account in your back office and, if needed, FTP access; within 2 working days of receiving access we leave it installed and configured. When we finish we let you know and you can delete that access.
• Support and updates: one year from the purchase, with new versions of the module and help by email with installation, configuration and any fault of the module in your shop. It does not include custom development or changes to your theme.
• Licence: you can use the module on one PrestaShop installation, with all its shops. You may not resell, redistribute or publish it, under any name. Ownership of the module remains with Volcano MKT.
• Withdrawal: the module is digital content that you receive the moment you pay. By buying it you agree that delivery starts immediately and, as it is a digital module, you cannot withdraw from the purchase (Article 103(m) of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). If it fails, we fix it under the support, and if you buy as a consumer you keep the legal guarantee.
• Access to your shop: if we go into your shop to install the module, we act as data processors (Article 28 GDPR): we only use the access to install and configure it, we do not copy or keep your customers' data and we keep whatever we see confidential.
• Records and language: we keep a record of each purchase and its invoice; if you need a copy, ask us. The purchase is made in Spanish or English, depending on the version of the website you use.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice and module purchases are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction under the applicable rules; if you act as a consumer, those of your place of residence.
